The website was straightforward to get around, and I found what I needed without much trouble. Checkout was fine too. To be fair, there wasn’t anything complicated or frustrating about the process, so it did what I needed it to do.

I bought a toy that was marked 3+, but it was still fiddly for my 4-year-old. Delivery was fine and the price was okay, so no real complaints there. I just wish the age guidance was clearer, and it’s a bit annoying not knowing who actually owns that info — the shop or the manufacturer. Not a bad purchase overall, but we’ve ended up putting it away for when they’re a bit older...

It was okay overall. I’m not trying to be overly picky, but for what I paid and what I was expecting, I feel like it could’ve been better. Nothing was terrible, and I can see why some people might be fine with it, but it just didn’t really impress me.

What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next, wait for a restock, pick something else, or just give up on those items. Kind of disappointing overall.

My order showed up packed really nicely!! The box wasn’t crushed or anything, and there was plenty of padding without it being over the top... Everything inside was clean, safe, and in good shape, so I’ve got zero complaints!!! Always nice when a shop actually takes the time to package things properly.

Support replied fast and helped sort my issue out, which I appreciated. I’m still not totally sure about the overall quality yet, but the response time was definitely good

I ordered a few little toys as birthday gifts for my niece and also for my friend’s kid from school — I think it was sometime last month, or maybe late the month before. The selection was decent, but a couple of the toys definitely looked a bit more fun online than they did when they showed up.

Delivery was okay overall. It wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it arrived in time for the birthdays, which was the main thing. The packaging was plain, and one of the boxes had a small dent in the corner, so it didn’t look quite as nice to hand over as a gift.

The prices were fair, and the kids still seemed happy with the toys, so it wasn’t a bad purchase. I’d just be a little more careful next time and double-check the sizes and details before ordering, especially if it’s meant to be a present.
